Is it just my system, or is the New Topics page not refreshing at all?

I haven't seen a change in about 8 hours. The Chicago thread was the last one started.

I have that problem all the time try deleting browser history and cookies then close out your browser and reopen it

something is going on because what is on the new topics page and the time it has been on doesn't match up with the time stamp.
