Computer and phone interruption at 6:54 pm pacific time.

Was using my computer and all of a sudden i had extreme system lag at 6:54 pm.

My smart phone also did a reboot cycle too.

Had to reset my computer because it was rendered useless in that current state.

My phone was unplugged and next to my coffee table.


Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64

Well if multiple people from multiple different locations report similar disturbances then maybe something is happening if not then I would say two pieces of technology had issues at the same time which is really not that special..

Are there any sporting or large entertainment event that lots of people would be streaming in your area via PC or their cell phones?

Sounds like a lot of people may have gotten online around the same time.

Central time, could not access Internet at all through wifi or cellular service at 3:00. Completely frustrating.

Not an issue with internet but a crash issue of devices.

On the west coast as well I was online at that time too had no problems. Could be many people going online at once 6:30 is supper time and most people are either watching tv or on a device so the system would get "laggy"

My android phone does that all the dang time, nothing special there. Computers also do that, I see it all the time, my hubby owns a computer repair company, so again nothing really all that special. Correlation does not imply causation.

I and many others I know had major cell problems last night. People I know all over the U.S. All my incoming calls had wrong numbers show up and when I answered the line was deas. Same for at least ten others I know from Baltimore to LA
