Love these pics!

So much can be said with a picture.

If I was surrounded by my enemies, would I be the threat?

and...

What is the Alien really thinking?..."Idiots"

Hits the nail on the head, now doesn't it?
I blame pretty much the "invention" of money for this. While a plain old fashioned barter system exchanges goods that we have in abundance against goods we have not, money can buy "Anything". It has no value other than the # assigned to each product. $100 can by anything listed for $100. be it food, fuel, drugs, ammo, sex, you name it. While barter is a direct offer. I have X in surplus and need Y in exchange.

yes ,indeed ..but i feel even if we were some how able to work out a system like that , we would still have people struggling to power ....

Good post and that puts into context that most can understand. Gee....wonder who the next target is. The first two guesses don't count.

Lol. Seeing that picture reminded me of this rather more cynical one...

In the first Pic , its obvious that the U.S. is surrounding Iran to take siege of their country to take control of their oil. I've have no clue on the second pic because I don't know the true agenda of the greys.

First pic is just garbage....

There are 45 police stations in my city, can gangs be a threat? YES.

*sigh*

This analogy doesn't work or make any sense. It's a missed point.

Damned non-intervention protocols...

You don't understand. We are to be allowed to kill each other off (by the bushel) and die by disease, famine, whatever...

just as long as murderous megalomaniacs don't go off the deep end and try to kill everyone.

Maybe thats why it hasn't happened yet.

Well I'm honestly a bit torn about that picture for a number of reasons.

The political scientist (its my degree) says this is just what happens in the world. Resources are fought over, always have been, and those with military might usually make the rules.

The normal part of me says that, well we should let countries have self-determination, (ala Woodrow Wilson) and conduct their affairs without US interference.

Then the realist in me says why in the world did Rockefeller and Standard Oil hand over the rights to the oil deposits when they discovered oil in the Middle East. They could have simply bought off the local tribal leaders and kept it?

To the OP, thanks for this thread, we really need humour in the face of all the stupid.

WRT your pic about the bases, yeah, bad old Iran is such a threat to everyone. Rather let the US build military bases all over the world, that'll keep us all safe. NOT.

Not sure why you gave me that shocky face.

Here's a great conspiracy that I haven't seen mentioned around here (I have a ton of them). Saudi Arabia was officially formed in 1932, although the struggles were going on since the early 20th century.

Guess what year Rockefeller's Standard Oil found oil under the sand?

You guessed it, 1932.

Coincidence or something deeper? You be the judge.
