Top GOP Senator: Native American Juries Are Incapable Of Trying White People Fairly

Well, I know quite a few Indians and the ones I know are pretty level headed and fair with good common sense. I suppose those qualifications would make it impossible for them to have a trial by the corrupted legal system we have. Lawyers don't like people that they can't BS.

If I were ever to be tried in America I would waive the jury trial and opt for the Judge or panel of Judges rather than subject myself to the whim and intellect of people too stupid to get out of jury duty.
