Right to Bear Arms.

the right to keep and bear arms, since it is in essence the inalienable, God given right to every living being in creation of self defense, is defined by the being who possesses the right.

I possess the inalienable right of free speech and free practice of religion. I am the being who decides what religion and what speech i practice and exercize.

The same with arms, as they are the tool to exercize my inalienable right to self defense, I define if and when they are being infringed.
