Sheesh, I always thought us brits took football WAY too seriously, but this is at another level altogether.

Tho whole 'arab spring' thing, which looked like a new dawn, a flowering of democracy from the manure of tyranny, is turning into a bloody nightmare. I'm not making fun of this, but the irony, man it takes your breath away.
(Article from Daily Telegraph)

The Port Said's governorate's health service said that by midafternoon 22 people had died in the clashes, and more than 200 injured. The interior ministry said the dead included two policemen. The protests were sparked by a Cairo judge's sentencing of men accused of the worst football massacre of recent years. Twenty one men have been sentenced to hang, provoking yet more violence and deaths after Friday night's rioting marking the second anniversary of the revolution.

Those football rioters deserve death for causing so much chaos and death. When the muslim brotherhood tries and bring order everyone criticizes it. This(football riots) is one of the reasons the muslim brotherhood is needed to bring order.
