A lawyer has asked permission to file a 100 million $ suit on behalf of a student who wasn't physically hurt.

$100000000 For the first of hundreds. Looking pretty cheap to put cops in schools maybe the insurance companies will require it like no fault car insurance. Gotta have it even if you never need it.
