Well its not just Dems. The head of the RNC said the same dumb thing a few years back......that the 2nd amendment was for hunting and sport shooting.

You've done good by Virginia for many years.
Now you're going to let your teenage daughters talk you in to eating in to the 2nd amendment.
He knows damn well no new law would ever prevent something like this or even lessen the death toll.
Will any politicians stand up against the emotional tide?
