This happened to me with a person who worked in my company. I had no way of controlling when I would interact or just bump into this person.
It drove me mad that someone could have that much affect over me.
After about 1 year of this, I had a reading with a well known medium. I took the opportunity at the end of the reading to bring this matter up.
He informed me that actually it was the other way round. This person had something to hide and was actually scared of me. And I was picking up on how he was feeling, ie fear.
So maybe this person is sensing a certain power off you?

You could be right. Ill have to look at it from that perspective.
