i have thought about the paper idea, was thinking about
trying that last night but i was to tired.
I think i will do that tonight and see if there are any result's.
Ug, the powder would never work for me, i'd have to leave the house.
when the kids change the catbox they have to do it
outside and leave it out for a while. The dust from it
drives me nut's.
I was also thinking of letting one of the cat's into the room
for a night and see what happens. All the animals are banned
from the bedroom because the wife has asthma, normally she
is ok with it, but when they get in the bedroom they seem to
effect her more. So they have been banned for a few years
now. But i know cat's and dog's can see things we cant.
I'll keep the thread updated and see what i can come up with.
has to be some way to figure out what it wants and why it
is there. It obviously wants attention, otherwise i would not
be getting woke up all the time.

i had strange feelings about the room since before
i was diagnosed, but i ignored them and brushed
them off...
but the activity and noises and stuff have all been
within the past couple of months.
Threshold consciousness (commonly called "half-asleep" or "half-awake", or "Mind Awake Body Asleep") describes the same mental state of someone who is moving towards sleep or wakefulness but has not yet completed the transition. Such transitions are usually brief, but can be extended by sleep disturbance or deliberate induction, for example during meditation[citation needed].
Sounds Hypnagogic imagery is often auditory or has an auditory component. Like the visuals, hypnagogic sounds vary in intensity from faint impressions to loud noises, such as crashes and bangs (exploding head syndrome). People may imagine their own name called or a doorbell ringing. Snatches of imagined speech are common. While typically nonsensical and fragmented, these speech events can occasionally strike the individual as apt comments on—or summations of—their thoughts at the time. They often contain word play, neologisms and made-up names. Hypnagogic speech may manifest as the subject's own "inner voice", or as the voices of others: familiar people or strangers. More rarely, poetry or music is heard.[27]
