What people don't get about Israel is that it is not like the United States, where you can for all of England, Scotland, and Wales into one western state. Distances are compressed. If someone built an apartment house on a vacant lot in the middle of Seattle, no one would even take notice, but of you do the exact same thing in Jerusalem, it's billed as "50 authorized settlements."
Well done Israel, I think you ought to build as many as you can, and while your about it you can take these scumbags the UK have had land on us over the last few years from Muslim countrys, we don't want them sponging on us.

Let them build their settlements, let’s hope that eventually daddy (the UN) will use his whip (the ICC) and force Israel to give back the land to the Palestinians.

The problem with palestinian supporters is that they REFUSED to accept truths and reality, and are the problem the world face today with the middle east situation.
1. Israel were not the ones to initiate wars upon the palestinian arabs when it proclaimed independence by a UN weary of the throatcutting by both sides within the BRITISH RULED land of palestine - a province of the brutal and corrupted Islamic Ottoman empire won by the Brits in their quest to seize the Suez, to partition the 2 communities with borders of their own to live in peace.
2. Israel had long recognised the 2 state solution by UN in 1948, but thanks to 'arab brothers' whom were only more keen to gain territory and sovereignity in arab lands, fooled the palestinians by misusing religion to evacuate from the West Bank and Gaza, which those 'arab brothers' had promised that the jews would be throwned back into the sea.
It never happened despite 3 wars and numerous inhuman terrorist attacks for decades by the 'arab brothers'. Instead, they were beaten back and would have lost even their own lands if Israel was greedy.
3. Those lands that the 'arab brothers' had lost was by right of conquest - Israel's terroritories paid by the thousands of men who fought and evicted the genocidal 'arab brothers' fools.
Yet today, Israel stands ready to return those israeli blood soaked lands known derisively as 'occupied terrorities' by the palestinians and ignorant fools worldwide, to the palestinian not only for self rule, but for independence. Not for money, but just one thing - right for Israeli to exist in peace.
4. Unfortunately, elements within the palestinian people and worldwide are hell bent on the extermination of the jews, as if historical evidences of such efforts were not enough and unabashed with such genocidal beliefs, thus Israel's attempt to push the palestinian to see the light, and finally end its 'death to jews' policies.
5. Netanayu's methods are not without reasons, but at this stage of human developement and evolution, his methods may be counter-productive to the peace effort. Punishing the west bank, whom is a moderate group ready to sit for talks, even though is by right the correct authority to engage with, will not sit well with the world.
It is the wild Gaza ruled land that intends to milk all sympathy at any cost to fool the world, and is hindering the peace process.
A hard line approach will never work, nor will a bleeding heart pacifist liberal handling of the situation that will only be taken full advantage of by the cunning.
It calls for a leader with foresight and intelligence, who wears soft velvet lined but hard metal gloves, not one with full metal gauntalets to deal with this new age of perceptions, to lead the way to achieve lasting peace to progress and evolve for all on both sides.- palestinians who seek for peace and israelis who seek for security
I support the legitimate country. How and when it was acquired is irrelevant.

It is entirely relevant since your argument is based around international law (i.e. sovereign powers). In accordance with international law, occupied peoples have the right to resist violently. As such, according to your own theory, you support Hamas' terrorist attacks. It goes both ways.

The problem is that they are there period. No one in the region wants them there.
It's like having a very loud and obnoxious person at a party. No one wants them there except the big bouncer-looking guy (USA). Everyone else has to put up with the obnoxious behavior and it's litterally killing the mood of the party.
The fact that this party-goer knows no one can do anything about it just emboldens them to act like more of a jackhole.
They can have their synagogues and religious sites, but why on Earth do they get to have their very own country?
I grew up in a really neat house...it's been about 20 years since I've lived there. I think I'll arm myself and take the house back, and shove the people living there into a crappy shed out back. I mean I was born in that house, it's my birthright!!

Well Israel warned the PA that it's backhanded methods would be requited...
In any case, Israel has every right according to international law to build in the Jerusalem area - since the the west bank is still classified as 'disputed territory'.
This also serves to make contiguous Jerusalem with Ma'alah Adumim.

Wiki excerpt, but sources UN security council and International court of Justice.
Since 1979 the United Nations Security Council,[123] the United Nations General Assembly,[14] the United States,[124] the EU,[125] the International Court of Justice,[126] and the International Committee of the Red Cross[15] refer to the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, as Palestinian territory occupied by Israel. General Assembly resolution 58/292 (17 May 2004) affirmed that the Palestinian people have the right to sovereignty over the area.[127]
It is hilarious how you continue to defend a group of people, whos first sponsor was ADOLF HITLER!....

Are you saying Hitler was a benefactor of the Jewish people?
