I did a search, and neo96 made a thread with his own spin on it, which was pretty creative, I must commend him for that.

But I wanted to share the actual audio of Paul's written essay. Keep in mind, he wrote this back in 1965!

He hits it right on the money, as if he just wrote it today.

The video basically addresses "evil" things the US has succumbed to. You may be like me and not agree with him about everything, but you will be amazed on how spot on he is about our current events.

Now I never knew who Paul Harvey was, but this will cause me to do some digging. My dad was the one who showed me this video.

Let me know what you think.

Keep in mind that the speech is not that prophetic, it was updated and rehearsed till about 1996.

And now we know.. The Rest of the Story.

Thank you for posting this awesome clip. Seems TPTB (The Devil) took everything Paul said and made it come true.

Paul Harvey was great. I grew up listening almost daily to his radio show The Rest of the Story. Paul would tell popular stories in the media and then tell you facts about how those stories came to be that you never heard about, giving you a broader understanding of the situation like no one else could.

You younger generation that never heard of him may want to look him up and catch his clips online.

RIP Paul.

Thanks for reminding me Paul's speech. I heard it years ago and thought why can't everyone see what our govt is doing and if everyone could hear Paul's speech it could change everything.since then and all the other great quotes, speeches and stories nothing has changed it has just gotten worse.
So much for clever speeches.
