That's right, folks. It's never been done by a private citizen. The option is available, but it's not cheap. Still, a good few have paid their way up into orbital spaceflight (Which costs about $35 million), yet none have paid the extra $20 Million to spacewalk. I realize how intimidating it has to be, but if that's how you died, can you think of a better way to go out?

yeah let me check my wallet................................DOH!!
if i won a nice lottery jackpot i'd do it providing i'm healthy and strong enough for going to space.
i wouldn't think dieing in space would be a good way to go. i've seen a few sci-fis and it looks damn painful.

space walks could be cheaper if they get a space elevator up and running.

don't know if anyone is really ever working on it.
just dreams and a major engineering and funding issue.

but damn i want one built, i'd even test it for them.
