Idea: You pick what your tax dollars go to!

Well, since no one can really decide what they should spend it on, why doesn't every single tax payer pick?

Make, say 30% of your taxes go to the fed for mandotory programs (like upkeep of white house, AF 1, ect) and the rest you get decide what it gets spent on!

I know it will never happen, and most things would just go to hell, but it would be nice to know that my money isn't paying some lazy crack heads welfare check!
