of all the special forces who do you think has the hardest training

I think naval spetnaz have the hardest training they have to learn

1. weapons handling, includes use of foreign weapons, and markmanship
2. tracking, patroling techniques, camoflauge, survelliance, including survival in a range of harsh enviornments
3. hand to hand combat with and without knives
4. satotage and demolitions
5. language and interrogation techniques
6. infiltration by air
7. combat swimmer techniques
8. the use of underwater weapons, canoeing, arrival and exit over beaches

note (this only some of the training they go through)

dude dont go down this road, ive been here same with russian,mad man and cool . its not a good road to go down. we all agreed they do very hard training but spetnaz is the hardest by physical and mental standards.
BTW all SF do the above, especially SBS and the seals to name two.
