An "informant" (who prefer to be anonymous) told me that a former "Thule insider" (who also prefer to be anonymous) who know about Thule cases told some shocking informations about that this former "Thule insider" overheard a meeting at Thule Air Base between the politician Doris Jakobsen and a US General at Thule Air Base who was very kind to Doris Jakobsen and told her that she was welcome to ask him about anything else. This former "Thule insider" told that then something strange happened... Some Danish shadow government agents came and threatened the politician Doris Jakobsen by telling her that she will lose her job as a politician if she try to ask the US General some questions. These Danish shadow government agents are possibly hired by the Danish Secret Shadow Government...

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is a warning, some informations about Thule cases are very shocking for sensitive souls, so in case you should be one of the very "sensitive souls" with very sensitive feelings then i will not recommend you to read about it, but if you can take it then just go ahead and read further...

The whole thing started during the Cold War were the Danish Prime Minister decided to destroy the Thule Culture and force them to move out from their own homes in 1953, also called Hingitaq 1953 , 3 natives died during the forced move of the Thule natives when they were forced to travel in dog sledges and walk in the cold about 150 kilometers to their new place which have reportedly less animals to hunt for the natives. I really thought it only happened in the old days when General Custer and his men lost in the worst US military disaster ever at Little Big Horn in 1876, that the native indians were forced to move into indian reservations. But it obviously does not end here. Ladies and Gentlemen, it even happened in 1953 were the Danish Government decided to destroy the Thule Culture to make place for a US military base right there were the Thule Culture originated...

"I have been fighting this case for many years, and I see this as our last chance," Uusaqqak Qujaukitsoq, head of Hingitaq 53, told BBC News Online. "I promised my father before he died that I would fight to get our people's land back. "I have stood looking at the animals inside the periphery fence surrounding this base, knowing that I'm forbidden from entering, but also knowing that we need these animals and this land to survive.

Nuclear weapons and sickness from B-52 crash A history of secrecy and deception surrounds the Thule base. The court case has documented a pattern of lies and disinformation spread by the Danish government in connection with its establishment, in the relocation of the Uummannaq community, and in the handling of their claims. A secret understanding in 1957, only discovered in 1995, gave the United States a green light to station nuclear weapons at Thule — despite the official government policy that nuclear weapons could not be based on Danish territory.

news.bbc.co.uk...

The crash of a B-52 aircraft, armed with nuclear warheads, in north-west Greenland back in 1968 has left a lasting legacy, according to those involved in the clear-up and those who live in the region now.

In Qannaq, hunting is still an integral part of life and livelihood; some of the hunters believe they have seen the effects of the 1968 crash's radioactive material.

"There were two times when I hunted, when the seal's insides were dried out. Something must have happened to them," Ussaaqqak Qujaukitsoq told me on the waterfront of the village.

Other villagers, who went to the crash, also complain of undiagnosed, unusual illnesses.

And the workers at the crash site, like Jeffrey Carswell, also believe they have paid a price.

"I was referred to a specialist and they discovered I had a particular condition that needed to be operated [on] straight away," Mr Carswell told me.

"My doctor said that my particular condition was caused by exposure to radiation and plutonium.

"Two of them have died of radiation illnesses and they are being represented by their next of kin. Two of them are seriously ill with radiation-related conditions.

news.bbc.co.uk...

The trigger for the re-telling of the story was a petition to the parliament from former clean-up worker Jeffrey Carswell, appealing for pressure on Denmark to start monitoring the health of those exposed to contamination.

The US workers involved have been regularly examined, but the Danes and Greenlanders have not, according to a report by Diana Wallis MEP, which the parliament approved on Friday by 544 votes to 29.

"Many Thule survivors have died of radiation-related illnesses due to the lack of medical monitoring, and current survivors risk contracting such fatal illnesses," says the accompanying resolution.

Mr Carswell himself, who represents an association of former Thule workers, was diagnosed with stomach cancer in the 1980s, and has had eight major operations.

The United States abandoned a nuclear weapon beneath the ice in northern Greenland following a crash in 1968, a BBC investigation has found.

No Kidding. Colonialists relocated native populations for economic gain? No conspiracy here.

It happened all over the Americas. Many times over.

As for the smart a*$ remarks from the peanut gallery? Grow up.

I think you misunderstood something here. It was not the americans who forced the Thule Culture out from their own homes... It was the Danish Government who did that, so it was not wrong of a spokesman for the US Defense Department who said: >>The court cases are between the Danes and the former residents, or survivors, since it was the Danes who moved them in the 1950s.

Let me help you out, Anunaki. Doris Jakobsen is a Danish MP representing a constituency in Greenland. Judging by her appearance, she is Inuit, what Americans might call "Eskimo." Presumably, she is a descendant of one of the natives tribes that were relocated in the 1950s so that the US could construct Thule Airbase. You have heard a rumor that some Danes, presumably made some sort of threat to damage her career if she pestered American officers about Thule. I am following you so far.

Now, what is the nature of Ms. Jakobsen's interest in the Airbase? There are several issues surrounding it, but you have not made clear which one resulted in the threat. Was it:

1. She holds the US responsible for relocating her people and wants them to reimburse them?

2. She believes that the radiation released by the crash of an SAC bomber in 1968 has caused more illness than the Danish government has admitted, and wants to open a new investigation?

3. She believes that nuclear weapons are still deployed at the base and wants them removed?

In the first case, Denmark considers the move to be their own responsibility, and are dealing with the issue in court. They do not consider the US to be involved. After all, Denmark signed a treaty, so Denmark is ultimately responsible. If it is the second, I wish her the best of luck. The population affected was very small, so epidemiological data should be very easy to gather. If it's the last, there is no need for the US to have nuclear weapons there any more.

The base has been used as part of the American missile defense early warning system since its construction. It is being integrated into the "Star Wars" system even now. This raises the possibility that the US is planning on basing anti-missile missiles there. Is that what Ms. Jakobsen is concerned about? If it is, you may have an excellent thread on your hands. Not many ATS members are concerned about Inuit issues, but I think many are opposed to the "Star Wars" missile defense program, especially if it involves covert deployment!

Star and flag for a potentially excellent thread. Now please don't ruin it!

Edit to add: Oh, I see you've already started to ruin it while I was typing this.

MP stands for "Minister of Parliament." It is a type of political office.

You're not quite correct 'DJW001'... MP stands either for Military Police, or Member of Parliament, NOT Minister of Parliament...

Doris Jakobsen the politician is Doris Jakobsen the MP

Nope, you're not correct, she is not a Military Police, so you have to learn to say >>Member of Parliament

I'd like to remind members that English may not be everyone's primary language...
With that in mind please stay on topic, and play nice.
Thanks.

So you're still praying your pathetic bullsh!t again.

Let's see... I proved that Doris Jakobsen actually exists, and is a bona fide politician from Nuuk. I provided four excellent reasons why the Danish government might want to prevent her from investigating Thule Airbase. I did not need to rely on the testimony of an unknown informant. This could have been a provocative thread that explores a genuine conspiracy. You say it's BS. Fine. Oh, and you're welcome.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Just relax and remember that N. America needs to have Home Security as well.

N. Thule is just a strategic military installment. Relocation be damned. Do you really think Canada, N. Europe, or any other strategic ally gives a sh*t over native populations concerning National Defense? Pft. Major Contributors on this thread are clues to your apparent disdain toward Strategic installations. Just don't expect sympathy from the peanut gallery. No one here are Russia or China sympathizers!!
