Giant Flea Market once a year

Just thought I'd share the happenings in my little area of the world. We're having "October Court Days" which covers two small towns in Eastern Kentucky. A pretty major event for our area.

This is possibly one of my favorite times of the year. We had a world record at one point in time, not sure if it still stands or not, but for us, it's the BIG EVENT of the year

The first link's town has become very commercialized, but the second one is as "old fashioned" as it gets. Absolutely AWESOME!

Yeah, it's a bit of a long trip for you, but it's definitely AWESOME!

I love flea markets.

In a way a flea market is a lot like a museum because there is a lot of old things there.

You never know what you'll find in them.

And if you're lucky, you could find something very rare and very valuable.

During the summer, we also have the "World's longest Yard Sale" that covers several states...it's pretty cool too
