The following is a statement released just a few minutes ago by al-Zarqawi"s Al-Tawhid and Jihad (Unity and Holy War) group. In this statement, Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi is now claiming allegiance to Osama Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda. He claims that they have been in contact and will forever follow his orders in the future. We have posted the original Machine Translation and a Human Translation summarizing most of the post.

HUMAN TRANSLATION
The following translation is by our Jordanian Correspondent. It is a quick summary of the Machine Translation below.

The beginning of their message is led off with a prayer. Following that prayer, is this statement. Eight months ago there were communications between Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi and the Al-Qaeda Organization. Ideas, thoughts and plans were exchanged however suddenly there was an abrupt end to the communications. We now thank God that the communications between Al-Qaeda and the Al-Tawhid and Jihad Organization have been continued. The base organization understands and encourages the strategy that the Al-Tawhid and Jihad group has adapted in Iraq, and we are very happy about that.
With the coming of Ramadan, the month of giving and victories, Muslims need to be together and continue to stare down all infidel"s eyes. We are now declaring to Muslims everywhere news that will make them all very happy. It"s news that will surely scare infidels and make them forever regret what they have done.

We the "Al-Tawhid and Jihad" group, soldiers and leaders all together, stand beside the great Muslim Sheikh, Osama Bin Laden. We will be under his orders and obey him in good and bad situations, while we continue to fight infidels and spread the Islamic Religion.

I guess this just acknowledges what has been a well known fact that some have denied for political purposes in the past. al-Zarqawi's thugs and terrorists were not and never have been a "homegrown" Iraqi insurgent group.

I assumed Al-Zarqawi was part of Al'Qaeda anyway, darn those politicians for misleading me!

So lemme get this straight.

He wasn't part of Al'Qaeda. We invaded Iraq because we wanted to get rid of that terrorist "haven," even though there was no link between Iraq / Al'Qaeda. But now, terrorists are still there, and they are forging links with Al'Qaeda.

Umm, mission accomplished?

Zarqawi is a Jordanian, he's the one that has been raising heck in Iraq.

"Intelligence reports indicated he was in Baghdad and - according to Mr Powell - this was a sure sign that Saddam Hussein was courting al-Qaeda, which, in turn, justified an attack on Iraq."

No, he hadn't been. He is, however, a fundamentalist and resented the US (a Christian nation in his eyes) coming in and taking over his country (in his eyes, with the intent of destroying his religion.)

Although people keep trying to tell us rosy things about our successes there, the hard truth is that there are many things done there which seem reasonable to us (using dogs to search houses) that are extremely offensive to them (the dog is an unclean animal and it's like sending in a person fresh from cleaning the sewers to search your baby's room.) As the cultures clash, resentment grows.

Exactly. And it's probably going to get worse. AlZaquawi is an influential man and with every US misstep (the soldiers REALLY need to be trained in the culture and the language before being sent over there), more people will turn to him. Not so much because they support AlQuaeda, but because at this point AlQuaeda is the strongest resistance force around and because they've struck several strong blows against the Western world.

If the situation were reversed; if Iraq had invaded the US and brought in all sorts of Iraqus who were trying to turn our country into a dictatorship with the Muslim religion as the only true religion -- and banning our books and movies because they're offensive to the Iraqui culture, and the ONLY strong and organized resistance was the American Library Association, wouldn't you be tempted to join up with the ALA to get rid of the Iraquis?

(yes, I know it's a silly example and the thought of terroist librarians running around with time stamps and bookmobiles, terrorizing things is a little ridiculous... but I didn't want to use any of the more likely examples.)

Remember the first letter was as if requesting permission from bin Laden
to go forward:

"You, gracious brothers, are the leaders, guides, and symbolic figures of jihad and battle. We do not see ourselves as fit to challenge you, and we have never striven to achieve glory for ourselves. All that we hope is that we will be the spearhead, the enabling vanguard, and the bridge on which the [Islamic] nation crosses over to the victory that is promised and the tomorrow to which we aspire."

This is a surprise? He's just publicly confirming what many people have known for a long time now.

It's long been obvious that Al-Zarqawi is an agent of Al-CIAda and his group, like the Madr army, are tools of Westerrn intelligence and security agencies intent on hyping up the chaos in Iraq, with the aim of creating further conflict throughout the region.
The result will be conflagration and the involvement of Israel, and the intercession of UN forces, resulting in the complete subjugation of the Arab states, - Saudi Arabia will be included in this invasion
It's a big part of the NWO strategy for totalitarian global government

Like LL1 said he was born in Jordan but from Palestinians parents.

www.worldhistory.com...

The thing is that he has being accused of many deeds as one of bin-laden
associates' in contrast to bin-laden he is not from a rich family and did not has ties to US like bin-landen family does.

He does not have family history and his parents are death. He may be acting on his own, and he has replace bin-laden in the priority in the top most wanted in US intellinget list.
