Unsure if this was posted elsewhere but I wanted to show this anyway just in case. Though I have nothing to hide, I suppose the government now finds they have the okay to wiretap any American without warrant.

To me, this seems a huge breach of privacy and just a means for them to spy more. Though who's to say they did it the 'right way' prior? Stuff that's going down really makes me dislike living here more and more - yet we still have it better than most Countries....for how long though, beats me.

Thoughts?

To be fair, they didn't say it was OK. They just said no one can challenge it, legally speaking. I like the "effectively puts an end to the plaintiffs on-going attempt..." That seemed just a tad petty and hostile.

Not to say this isn't a valid discussion from a political perspective.....

For example... why should it be the aim of an appeals court to "effectively" put an end to the challenges that have a prima facie valid claim?

One has to wonder about the Judicial nowadays... they seem to be in a different business than 'justice' anymore.
