Yeah but it is not just Dems that are poor. It always seems to slant and spin in the direction that "they're out to get the Dems." I am sure the Dems will have enough illegal votes maintane balance.

But in the end It's politics! It all comes down to keeping up the appearance of choice.

I was just thinking to myself that the people who support Republican candidates must be as corrupt as those they vote into office..... Thanks for substantiating my thoughts...

ONE DID!

I said it should be state wide.
But I have no doubt that there is some reason they (Republicans) brought it up.

Who did this idea have to go through?
Was it voted on?
If so any Dems vote for it?
Is there a review?
Are these counties rural with less voting booths? All kinds of qestions arise.

Because you make it sound dumb doesn't make it so.

Not one conservative on ATS will come out against this...even though it is blatant voter suppression.

What they will do is try to justify it...by saying that somehow this is ok because they have to combat the voter fraud (that isn't happening) being committed by the left.

Ohio is important this year...not a surprise they are trying to suppress the vote.

Any American should be outraged by this...but I doubt that is going to happen. The tri-corner hats are going to look the other way.

Liberals are not for the Constitution, nor are they for the republic. I'm not saying most republicans are for those things more than the liberals, but at least they aren't for socialism and political terrorism. Liberals are extremists and should be treated as such.

p.s. I did make another post above this that coincides with this one

From where are you coming up with such nonsense that you base your post on? If anything I'd say the pot is calling the kettle black...

The Constitution and the voting records of the current members of congress. Where are you getting your information from?

They need to add that they will be checking citizenship status, outstanding arrest warrants, and also checking for child-support owed.

That would really mess Democrats up!

What? Thats crazy talk!
No, really I hear ya!

If we can get them out of the way or at least suppress the stupid Sh*t. We can start work and clean out the traitors in our own party. After that it'll be so right they wont want to stay here.

Right on. I'll admit, the Constitution is not perfect for the 21st century. But that does not mean it needs to be trampled on by the extreme left and fake republicans.

So, does that mean you support this voter suppression tactic???

Or are you hear just to take some shots at Democrats...implying they are criminals and owe child support...what exactly are you trying to say???

In Republican-friendly Ohio counties, local officials are making it easier to vote, while in Democratic-friendly Ohio counties, the opportunities will be limited

These people should be tried and executed for treason, IMO.

I've argued before that there should be a new crime on the books called Democracide, the murdering of democracy, and that's what actions like this amount to.

I'm personally for voter suppression. It's a lost art.

I also believe that early voting is unconstitutional. The Constitution expressly dictates which day is election day for Presidential elections.

ATTENTION PLEASE!

Courtesy is mandatory. I've posted one warning about civility and that is already one more than should be necessary. Please keep things civil. No name calling. No insults. Enough is enough.

Statically the voter ID law MOSTLY affect democrats. The facts supports this, as you can see in Pennsylvania. That is why the republicans are pushing them. It has nothing to do with voter fraud as it rarely happens.
