This is absolutely disgusting and infuriating.... I remember seeing the Tomlinson case on the news when it first broke and I thought "that officer should be prosecuted for manslaughter but I just KNOW he'll get off with it"... And here we are... A sad state of affairs indeed....

If that had been me, that had been caught in camera, striking an individual (quite aside from him being an older chap and the fact he was MINDING HIS OWN BUSINESS AND NOT EVEN PART OF THE PROTEST) i'd have been banged up, and rightly so....

Very sad indeed, I feel sorry for the family who have basically been given the shaft on this and I feel sorry for us all that we live in a country where even video recorded evidence of police causing death to an innocent bystander through violent conduct is STILL not enough to covinct the officer involved for his blatant criminal activity....
