Weather mod is cloud seeding, not chemtrails. It is "admitted" like Ford admits they make cars. Maybe have a read of the link Phage gave too to see why cloud seeding is a complete red herring. Ironically, neither the contrails you see or the weather mod you refer to have anything at all to do with chemtrails.
