Good for him!

While browsing the news I found this story of a boy who saw his Mom being beaten and stood up for her.
The boy wound up in juvenille hall.
Story
Not much info yet but it seems the defender went to jail and the attacker has not been charged as of yet.

This is why folks do not stand up anymore...
The boy should have finished the job and hid the evidence...

There is an appropriate level of force allowed for situations.

I understand the boys reaction.

As a larger person I am sure I can say I would of beaten the be-jesus outta of the man, if I where a smaller child, who knows.

BUt 5 times?

Even with extenuating circumstances I can see why hes going to jail.
