Need help finding a video once posted on ATS please!

Okay the video was a man talking about the Euro's collapse. The attitude of the man started out very calm and then went on to him yelling and being very angry. He started stating that people wasn't choosing gold as a commodity they were choosing the USD. He yelled about Germans saying things like "we don't wanna help them".

He also said US has the best chess players in strategic screwing things up? Can someone please find this :/ I know its not a good description but I know someone else has seen it!
