That's called tax fraud.

Many have tried it...many have been convicted of it.

So much for following laws...huh?

Dont worry. You can have your Tax Exemption.

Obama will just place a tax on your right to "believe" in your God though.

Maybe even penalize you, with a Tax,for just thinking about it.

You dont mind having a gun to your head, right ?

You didn't say practicing...you said starting a religion for the goal of avoiding taxes.

To do so, you would somehow have to re-classify all your income as donations to your new religion.

Go ahead...give it a try...that is if you are serious.

oh no i didn't, i said the religion would feature a policy of no usury ... that's not specifically tax evasion or are you suggesting that is what the muslims, christians, catholics or whatever group are doing now ??

show me one religion or religiously affiliated business that pays taxes. (and doesn't get a Full or greater refund)

There are many ways to avoid the penalty in the health care bill. They are all breaking the law...but easy enough to avoid...just like people cheating on taxes is easy but against Federal law.

And for someone who had such strong feelings about "illegals" breaking Federal Law...I am shocked that you would even consider it.

Ah.....

The" Lack of" Taxcare Bill.

That's for people that have nothing or claim they have nothing, and still get Taxed on Nothing.

Remember, its ALL about Penalizing,if you don't comply.......with interest. The first time you have ANYTHING,you will get taxed on it.....

who said anything about "avoiding" the penalty ??
i'm talking about being EXEMPT from the program.
(and now that you mention it ... exempt, just like the illegals
)

It's all talk from you...you aren't going to form a 501(c)(3) and call it a new religion...so why waste time discussing it?

If you did...you would somehow have to filter your income into the organization to protect it...and that is where the fraud comes in.

Individuals that work at Church's aren't exempt from the law.

Not sure where you got that idea.

It's a penalty that is administrated as a tax.

The American Public is being Penalized, not HELPED with this healthcare bill,in the form of taxes.

Your words,the Justices Words also.

WHY would anyone want more DRACONIAN laws, that Penalize those that are already being taxed ?

BTW,You never did respond to Obama's OUTRIGHT LIE,when he said this WASN'T a Tax.

I don't understand how people can support this Liar.
Its like those who supported Bush. How in good conscience can anyone say this is good for the American Public,Businesses, the Economy....etc

considering the letter i received from the IRS suggesting i do just that, why not ??
i can manage 2 at once. --> then again, maybe not with my typos of late

i'm not posting the letter (no capability) but the gist of it goes like this ... based on your spending habits, you should consider the following option .... blah, blah, blah.

btw: why are you assuming that i have income or would need to divert anything ??

i'm still trying to figure out why Kagan was permitted to vote at all.
i thought her "conflict of interest" was made clear last year and didn't she agree to recuse herself, then ??

This not only a huge tax hike, but a power grab. An invasion of privacy. Think New York is funny/quirky with it's salt and soda bans?

Try nation-wide.

What to eat, when to eat, what to drink, how much to drink, where to live, what to drive,. . . . . . .

To coin a phrase, "Today is the first time that I am ashamed of my country."

To think, I actually miss Germanicus today. He would've had a time!

It's funny how the list you posted contradicts you sonnny and yet, you still stand by your claim that these taxes are going to hurt individuals.

Make up your mind man and deny ignorance for once.

Both political parties should skip the mouthpieces that they hire and give you a job instead. Why bother when the people are doing the job by spreading the ignorance?
