Interpolating, it looks like Dec 22-23...interesting.
Dec 21 + 1-2. Perhaps it will be a 2-3 day event.

Chances of this being made by humans in a short time would be slim to none,unless they had made out a template prior,as I read some of the skeptics opinions,how many are qualified to comment,I'm thing same as odds

Awesome. If the spokes are really meant to be 18 zodiac locations an article on what constellations these are/were is here:

The constellation image does look like Andromeda and could also be a portion of Perseus both in the northern sky and more or less in the same area. Andromeda isn't listed as one of the 18 but Perseus is.

Have to agree with the one 9 minute video (which I only watched part of) in that the Vatican would know. They have all the old manuscripts saved from inquisition fires and other vandalism. Perhaps someone there is having a pang of conscience or a crusader rabbit moment and is trying to convey locations of celestial objects that we haven't seen in awhile.

In my defense... I did say "maybe" about 4 or 5 times and the "art" "fun" "computer screen" concepts were purely aimed at trying to get other people thinking about ANY alternative explanation rather than the "why would they come all this way to leave a stupid picture in a field?" one.

I don't for a second think that "they" would have human values, or similar art/leisure/education to us.
I was simply trying to point out that there may be many alternative reasons why crop circles could be created, including whatever the "alien" equivalents of art/education/leisure etc would be!

I couldn't agree more about stretching!!! (Just didn't want to stretch the rope & plank brigade to breaking point!)

Nice bit and a great documentary..

Though it would seem that 2009/10 was a terrible time to be a crop circle researcher seeing as so many of them died in that time period: Chris Alden, Nick NIcholson, Pat Delgato, ( one math specialist found floating bloated in the ocean ): Paul Vigay, JOhn Mitchell, David Kingston,and Jonathon Sherwood Amazing how it was cancer in almost every case .

Frankly it' a toss (MEANING a 'kind of' equal mix) as to how many are made by drunken baffoons , the mILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OR ...OTHER , though here is an interesting video to consider:

From the ground pictures, It looks like it is a Man-made circle with broken stems, planks marks and no 90 degree bends 1 inch from the ground, AKA it was flatten to the ground.

Nice art work, but nothing done by extraterrestrial....

You must not know of my history, or your question is born from ignorance. I don't even know how to answer your question since it doesn't ask anything of coherence.

I believe Crop Circles can be extraterrestrial in nature, but when it is reported on and pictures show obvious signs of human intervention, it has to be ruled as a hoax.

I've been to several circles that showed no signs of human planking and they are, without a doubt, some of the best looking, most perfect designs I've ever seen.

The field report on this one CC in Italy, which is what the OP is about, seems legit and shows signs of human creation.

That is all I'm saying

There's that date again December 21, 2012.

There have been other crop circles that signal that date.

It is official, Crop circles are now the favorite hobby of Astronomers.

My opinion of how I think this works. It's like the mouse in the maze. It starts with just one wall where the mouse can't see the reward and it builds from there. If civilization can't figure out the real meaning behind the true crop circles, then we will NEVER figure out the maze. Some videos are currently suggesting a full understanding of the crop circles now.....them crafty Russians! Previous posts on how to determine the authenticity of the crop circles is 100% on point; thank you for adding that important info.
This is possibly the alien way of saying, "figure this out and maybe we'll talk to ya soon".

Go check out some of the stuff that the guys with CircleMakers have done. They have been able to put down some amazing designs with incredible quality.
