Nontraditional cancer treatments virtually unheard of. Why?

Oncologists are basically 'retail vendors' of the Rockefeller cancer products which has been a monopoly for a hundred years. The FDA are no more than 'enforcers' for the Rockefeller syndicate forcing Oncologists to peddle the warez of the syndicate..

Preventive cancer treatment, occasionally eating foods on a regular basis, would eliminate cancer in people. There are many practices that we have eliminated. I researched this to find that the medical industry already knows this but it is not their job to keep people from getting sick, just treat them when they get sick. When they cured TB a lot of doctors lost their jobs and many committed suicide. Eating the best cuts of meat is wrong. Eating beef cartilage can shrink tumors by stopping blood vessel growth into the tumors. Then having some Chaga tea will trigger the immune system to clean it up. The best way to do this is to make soup out of a soup bone and eat the soup. This does not work for all cancers and it also stops blood vessel growth in other parts of the body so things heal slower. I don't know if chicken cartilage will work, but it's good to cook chicken with the bone in it. I know that chicken soup made with a whole chicken works good for viruses. Strawberries have the ability to lower blood vessel growth in tumors also, starving them to death.

There are a lot of ways to strengthen the body to fight cancer, the best treatment is not to get it by causing histamine reactions occasionally to fight cancer. People with allergies like asthma rarely get cancer but have a risk of anaphalactic death. I guess going one way or the other too much is no good. If you eat Cox 2 inhibitors to excess you increase coronary events but lower cancer rates. Or is it the other way around. Eating things in moderation and understanding that the best quality cuts of meats by todays standards is not always good for us. Same with eating the nicest looking veggies, they are usually treated with something to keep them fresh unless they are grown local. There are way too many changes in the last fourty years.

The big

DCA, dichloroacetate, is out of patent and there is no money to be made on it. It has been shown to reduce cancers. Repair cells. It was first used with children with mitochondrial diseases.

This thread makes me very sad, My beautiful wife followed the conventional treatment path and died in 2006. something I will never get over.

It really makes me angry that genuine research is crippled by the need to produce a money making product however imperfect it may be. All my wife got was misery from big pharma and that's the experience of most people with serious cancer when they deal with the health system. Alternate treatments are only ever really considered if the they can be patented and sold on at a mega profit. Chemicals like DCA, compounds like Tumeric and a host of others are left unexplored and relegated to the status of folklore by a system that is based on greed.

why cure in one visit when you bleed out a persons money with multiple visits... and if they die oh well... morbid but the way things go around the USA

These non-traditional treatments or "cures" might have some validity, but by and large they are not nearly as effective as traditional chemo. They sometimes take years to work if they work at all. Sometimes the cancer is just too aggressive or fast-growing to allow for natural cures.

Also, many things can effectively kill cancer outside the body, but how do you deliver it to the cancer cells inside the body? If someone ingests copperhead venom, the digestive processes will likely destroy the effects. If it is administered intravenously, then it is just like getting bit by the snake, and the negative effects might outweigh the positive effects.

Cancer cells also readily adapt to things. This is why chemo loses its effectiveness over time, and the cocktails have to constantly be altered, but usually the cancer adapts faster than the treatment. The alternative treatments face the same hurdles. Maybe it works for a short while, but then it stops working and requires something else.

It is great that all this research is on-going, but I don't believe there is any grand conspiracy to hide a cure. Too many rich, powerful, and well-connected people succumb to the disease. I'm pretty sure if it was as simple as Apricot seeds then Ted Kennedy would still be with us.

Maybe the FDA isn't perfect, but when you go buy a 500mg Tylenol, you have full confidence that it will actually be 500 mg and actually be Tylenol. That is what the FDA and USDA do. They make sure you are getting what you pay for, and they make sure the "cure" isn't going to kill you even faster than the disease.

The simple truth for alternative treatments for "advanced cases" of cancer is that no matter what "supplements" we take, if we don't change to a much healthier diet, the supplements usually won't work nearly as well.

Daily diet is the key and one of the most difficult things to change for anybody, regardless of someones wealth status.

Still a long term solution, not a short-term one.

I agree 100% that diet is key. I doubt there would be very many diseases if we could all eat raw GMO-free vegetable diets with limited amounts of lean meat and fish, and drink natural nutrient and mineral rich spring water. Still, if someone has advanced cancer, changing a diet might be a good long-term solution, but they need the chemo and/or radiation to stay alive long enough for the alternative treatments to take hold.

I'm not arguing against any of the alternative treatments or diet, I'm a big fan of them, but I am saying too many people demonize the traditional treatments. The traditional treatments work the best in arresting and shrinking tumors immediately.

I have spoken to several cancer experts and researches lately, and they all agree that chemo is becoming more and more obsolete. There are a lot of cutting edge treatments out there, and some of them involve the homeopathic and diet aspects of the treatment. BUT, one should NEVER give up on traditional treatment to follow the homeopathic ones. I've seen a lot of people die that way.

It's always acceptable to do more, but don't do less. In other words, add on all the homeopathic treatments you want, but don't stop the treatments that are helping.

Any treatment that harms/destroys all of the cells that it comes in contact with is not acceptable. Traditional treatments that do this are not acceptable. When many patients would have lived 4-5 times longer with their cancer, had they done nothing at all, that treatment is not acceptable.

The key is knowing how to "buy time" and stay alive longer, by keeping our non-cancerous cells as healthy as possible and more ideally, more healthy than they were before starting an "alternative treatment". With this, many patients will stay alive a lot longer with no traditional treatments and actually give themselves a fighting chance to completely erradicate the cancer,...not just send it in to remission.

Our bodies can heal themselves, if given the chance. The challenge is that in today's world, finding and completing what it takes to give us this chance, is extremely difficult. The good news, it's not impossible and is being done by thousands across the world. If you we don't believe in our bodies ability to cure itself, then we've already lost the battle with a mental block.

I agree with staying healthy or becoming more healthy, but not all cancers can be cured by the body's natural defenses.

My buddy's cancer is "Rhabdomyosarcoma." It mimics the body's own stem cells and it grows lightning fast. His was stage 4, group 4, metasticized before he began treatment. The first tumor grew from pea size to grapefruit size in the 8 weeks it took to confirm the diagnosis and start treatment. Last summer, he went to Mexico for 90 days of a dozen or so alternative treatments. During that 90 days, without chemo, tumors exploded throughout his abdomen and closed off his esophagus to where he could no longer eat. It took from August to January to get him back on the path to recovery. At one point in November 2011 they gave him less than 30 days to live, but switching doctors, and switching to a harsher Chemo got the tumors to react and begin shrinking again. At current time, he is in partial remission, with only a handful of tumors left over, and they appear to be shrinking.

Now, throughout all of this, he was on an all-natural cancer diet, he alternated between the Budwig Protocol and the Vitamin C / Ozone therapies. He was taking an experimental cancer vaccine to fire up his body's own immune response, and he was taking a experimental drug from Russia to fix his blood chemistry. He was peeing on test strips and keeping his body alkaline, and he was ingesting his 30 drops per day of food grade hydrogen peroxide. He eating 1lb of bluberries each day, eating the apricot seeds, and sitting in a hyperbaric chamber every chance he got, in addition to his daily coffee enemas.

You know what put him back in remission? Chemo and Radiation.

But, now that he is back in remission, we are still hopeful that all those other treatments will keep him healthy. They were very helpful in helping him keep his strength up during the harsh chemo, and they seem to be helping him keep his red blood cell and platelet counts up at acceptable levels after the chemo destroys them.

Without the chemo, he would have died in November, no doubt about it, he was on his death bed, and we were all stopping by to have as much time with him as we could. The Chemo saved his life one more time, and we are just working hard to stay ahead of the cancer now. Without the chemo, no more buddy, pure and simple.

I am willing to believe CANCER is a big business that is often interested in profit over human well-being. Though some have posted the cancer rate is declining I suspect a reason for that is there are other things killing us quicker these days. Nature has cures and natural-living is most probably the best prevention, however there are times when standard medical practices demand immediate attention.

For example, if a tumor on the pancreas is pressing against the bile duct it is critical to seek medical help immediately to keep the patient alive. However, in many cases I suspect we jump the gun and run for the knife, chemo, or radiation when we could be taking other measures. In the 1920s Johanna Brandt had a 100% cure rate using purple grapes (i.e. the Brandt Grape Cure). Her treatment was ignored by the medical community long before chemotherapy was introduced. It is now known that purple grapes have at least 12 molecules that can safely kill cancer cells.

Many people have been cured of cancer by drinking a quart of carrot juice every day and having a healthier diet. And so on.

However, those cancer patients who have had chemotherapy and/or radiation will likely need some of the newer protocols that are more potent than the older protocols.

Alternative cancer treatments have actually cured many, many cancer patients, including many advanced cancer patients!! But even those who do not survive can have a higher quality of life, their life can be extended significantly, they can be in less pain, and so on. Every year alternative cancer treatments get better and better.

I certainly suggest it is wise for the doctors to be sure you have cancer and what type before starting you on radiation or chemo, but is it ever too early to start eating a healthy diet?

Lets not forget Steve Jobs either. And a number of other famous, rich or powerful people that have died from cancer.

I knew someone who had their own 'natural medicine" outfit, who for as long as I have known him told me about the hidden "cures" out there. Not surprisingly when he was diagnosed with cancer in his neck, he was within a week at a cancer center receiving radiation and chemo.

It is not to say natural remedies are not effective, or not useful (especially in combination with standard therapies) it's just to say that some would like you to believe very incredible stories, and those people are in it to make money the same as big pharma is...

Cancer is real and once you get it you will need treatment. The Chaga mushroom is used in a lot of other countries with good results and little side effects. It is illegal to harvest these birch tree mushrooms commercially because greed almost destroyed all the birch trees. It doesn't mean we can't use one of these we find on a dead birch from a walk in the woods though. They make good tasting tea.

Chemotherapy has good results but without changing the way you do things there will just be more cancer. I know doctors don't tell us how to eat because it is not their place to. They are there to treat us when we get sick, not keep us from getting sick. If you like to eat all that crap that's out there nowadays than you will need doctors. It isn't an easy thing to figure out either, there is a lot of misinformation out there and much of it has credentials and government backing it. I guess our government believes anything they are told from people who claim to be experts and who are well trained. We do have a natural medicine part of our government also and I know a woman high up in that. She knows much more than I ever will, she is a Native American also.

Unless we start looking at our lives in comparison to our ancestors we will slowly get shorter lifespans. A fruit picked before it is ripe many times is not ready for us to eat. Some fruits like winter apples can store but need to be picked at the right time. I personally can't stand fruit that is picked raw, it just doesn't seem right. Most people don't know the difference of a real strawberry and what we find in stores. That's sad.

Ill admit i didnt read the entire thread but did scan most of it and i didnt see anything about how PH levels, alkalinity really, effects or inhibits the ability for cancers to grow. Something else you may want to add. I'd suggest an article but there are SOOOO many sources i wouldnt be able to tell ya where to start. Good work tho

There have been several cures of cancer. Many go back 50 years.

Vitamin C IV therapy, google Dr. Thomas Levy.

Baking soda, google Cancer is a fungis.

Cancer is no mystery to these doctors and they routinely do what cannot be done ...

I'm sure many will scoff but the patients of these doctors have their lives because of them ...

You bring up an interesting point that I had not thought of before. Patents could be put on the synthetic forms but I doubt it would work as well as the real stuff.

I am sure one of the pharma companies would sure try patenting real venom though.

I understand that a doctor could be held libel if an alternative way of treatment failed. However, the types I have listed have been tested and retested, and tested on humans and they work. In one case 1 out of 8 died this from a cancer that kills 98% of those diagnosed with it.

The blue scorpion venom method is the safest and most effective way to attack brain cancer. There is no risky surgery that could fail. You simply remove the toxin, radiate the venom and inject it. The venom attacks only the brain cancer after the toxin is removed. This is a fabulous treatment. Nothing we are doing traditionally can compare to the blue scorpion treatment for brain cancer.
