Have been away from Facebook for months. I don't miss the seemingly endless "cruising" and searching. Don't miss the family turmoil that ended up there. And I do not miss the inanity of so called "friends".

Facebook is vile, I never add family, I can see that causing problems, not sure if any of my family are religious but if they were, I'd probably think they were stupid, and if I think someone's stupid, it sometimes shows. Fb is only good for warnings on the approaching N.W.O. black cloud that will soon envelop us all

Facebook is a BRILLIANT site. It's users are...well...how do i put it.......not so USEful. I'm not sure what happened but the changes that facebook made, has not been for the better. They used to have phone with answering service, 3 way video chat, merchant services, and some pretty cool games. Now, it's just a bunch of worthless posts.

Don't blame facebook, blame the people using facebook!

Oh, and you know the irony of it all??? People are worried about their identity and what not...but post their ENTIRE lives, on a world wide website. They post their house, car, family, friends, place of work, etc, etc...for the whole wide world to see.

BTW...i thought it was a social NETWORK site? You know..........NETWORK? None of that going on. That's for sure!

The irony of facebook, is it's social networking creates anti socialistic behaviors.
Why call or stop by a friends house anymore, when you can just check their page, not on facebook, people think you are creepy or trying to hide something.

Facebook, myspace, twitter, the whole lot, is a means to go outside without going outside, to view the world from judgmental pajamas.

What the world needs now isn't love, it's an electrical blackout, and a means to be forced to indulged in the more simpler things in life. Hell people can barely handle their neighbors, what makes you think they need / want to handle everyone else in the world. We are social people yes, but not all meant to have 4000 friends of which you know nothing about but 23 of em.

Well the only thing good thing about facebook is that you can find your lost friends, and in this case which i have over facebook.

Maybe we can get these same guys to takeout Twitter and other "social" hangouts...

All I know is that the local "homeboys" Love Facebook because they cruise the nearby folks who post when they are going on vacation, take down the info, and visit them when they're out of town. Supposedly they've become self-made millionaires using this get-rich-quick scheme...

FB is a disease plaguing the youth and even the adults of the world. The gov is looking at all the people on fb and laughing. Just leave it up to fb zombify the masses for them! People are too busy wasting their WHOLE LIVES on there to see what's really going on around them!

This is how bad it is: I was reading an essay written by someone my age a few years ago. He actually typed out his thoughts as they came onto the paper! And didn't edit them out. He left in things like:

And to the person who said it wasn't Anon but a group posing as Anon, how is that even possible? Anyone is allowed to use that name and do something in the name of Anonymous. It's not really an organized group with a leader. That's what makes Anonymous... Anonymous!

If you ask me, we should just cut to the root of the whole problem. Which happens to be this sick obsession with Cell Phones. The masses today are brainwashed into believing that they Must Be In Constant Contact With One Another! Facebook is simply a part of the software, but the hardware is the cell phone.

It transcends rudeness because texting on those bastard boxes is a real life Life And Death Threat should the person doing so be operating certain machinery (i.e. a bus driver driving a bus full of people!).

If a person wants to walk in circles wasting his life typing away, that's none of my business. If he's doing so at my expense or placing my life in danger--that's something else!

Maybe there is a Zombie Outbreak going on, starting with these things slowly destroying the higher reasoning centers of the brain through non-use.

And I won't even derail this thread by going into the physical aspects of microwave exposure (blood brain barrier) and all those blasted masts going up everywhere to perpetuate the phenomena!
