I am so glad that the media introduced the word Vet to the American public. Now everyone can sound like a super important political analyst.

That's all I have, sorry I just had to get it off my chest.

More proof that no one REALLY understands politics.

If you want to understand the game, you have to play it. And you can't play it without a fat wallet and a loaded bank account. And you can't get that without corporate sponsorship. And to get THAT, you have to cater to their desires.

General consensus says that we're against that sort of fraternization. So no go.

THANK YOU. It's almost as bad as when everybody was saying "vitriol" in order to sound informed.

I thought I was the only one who noticed the over use of the word Vet lately. It seemed like ever since Andrew Breitbart said he was going to Vet Obama, the media went to town using it every-time they could.

You mean like; My veterinarian is a veteran who drives a corvette?

All this vetting in the world can confuse the hell out of a guy.

Almost as bad as the two physicians duck-hunting on a double quay - A pair-o-docs on a pair-o-docks with a pair-o-ducks. What a paradox.

Vet or vetting, basically to check out someone thoroughly as to their credentials or history as to their honesty and integrity, etc.

Vetting, meaning from Wikipedia.

Just finished a 500km drive, so now I'm going to vet my bed for a good night's sleep
