And I can use the AP poll to show that Obama is +8 over Romney.

It's a long way to November...now is the time for polls to create a baseline for trending using an average of all polls.

If you want to be honest about these polls and election, use realclearpolitics and use their RCP average.

It is going to be a close race...it always will be...national polling will matter up until around July/August...then it's time to start looking at individual states.

Romney won't win. Surely the American people aren't that stupid.

Look, you guys screwed up so badly with Bush that you must have learned now from that whole business. You just can't elect Romney.

Please. I would like to come home someday.

Please.

It's time for the conference call. Axelrod - James Carville - DNC Chairman

Rasmussen is the truth.

------
Reuters however is desperate

They stack their meaningless polls. I looked at the details.

They polled :

47% Democrats

38% Republicans

15% Independents

Gee, looks a little stacked! Why even bother?

All they do is lose credibility.

Geez... what is with you two? Like we discussed just a few weeks ago... NO POLLS MATTER RIGHT NOW. They are all just fake fluff. I am sure you are somewhat smart people - even if you do think the Conservative position is correct on X topic.

Do yourself a favor, before cracking open the bubbly and delairing Romney a winner at least wait until you see the polls come July/August.

Otherwise you just discredit yourself, your posts, and this website.

They have to do something.

It's only going to get worse. So far - everything - Axelrod has done has backfired.

--------
It's time for something new.

Flush - Eric Holder

Flush - Obama / Biden

Fresh start: Hillary Clinton : VP John Kerry

Yes, of course!

When the polling numbers are bad, then.....No polls matter!

James Carville disagrees with you.

Wait a minute. You mean a real candidate could win or that Obama will just be reelected?

Because Obama or Romney is just:

Which means either way the American people are raging morons.

But, hey, as long as the lowest common denominator is a raging moron nobody will ever notice.

The independents are running away from Obama. It's over.

Too many mistakes for the liberals.

Deflect / Divert / Divide won't work.

I tell you what, I will come back to this post in a month or so when the numbers are flip flopped and rub it in a little. In the meantime, enjoy this article.

The next jobs growth report will be worse.

Romney will jump over 50%.

Europe is slowing down. Cisco CEO spilled the beans.

The French will be buying fewer iPhones & iPads.

-- uncertainty -- will drag down the Obama economy.

One step at a time. Obama is in deep trouble.

Make your next move.

Hint: Bill Clinton wants to walk back into the White House.

Polls can be manipulated, but I think the trend is set for Obama going down.

The energy around Obama has shifted. Obama has become the butt of jokes and people are seeing him as pathetically inexperienced and as corrupt as other politicians. Obama is no longer seen as intelligent, caring and compassionate. He is being laughed at and ridiculed by his own.

Obama isnt meant to win this next election. He vowed that he would not indefinitely detain american citizens though it was added in to the bill. Keyword "he" and if he did they wouldnt be able to justify it to the masses with the president directly breaking his oath. Now when Romnebama gets in office he can light some stuff up because he never vowed to refrain from using the power. Thats my opinion at least

It's a long way to November...

Really? That's a funny statement coming from you. We've been telling you that for months now in the Ron Paul threads. I guess this "long way to November" remark is applicable when it is being used in reference to a candidate other than Ron Paul, then?
