4 white tiger cubs born in Ucraine

White tigers are not really common, even though their number is on the increase (Source)

But getting four white cubs seems a very rare event. One of these cubs is totally albino (no strips at all).

The cubs are born from a tiger donated to Ucraine political figure Yulia Timoshenko, actually detained in prison for apparent no reason other than her opposition to the current Ucrainian government.
