yes they are deploying rapier high velocity missiles
in and around london.
the government hasent decided wether to go ahead with it officialy.

Arent they putting these weapons on top of Apartment buildings and such? I dont know if that actually violates any laws or whatever but havent other Governments (enemy governments) been heavily criticized for placing military weapons and or radar installations in or near civilian buildings?
