In a surprising turn of events, people in West Virginia are voting in an alternative to President Obama and Mitt Romney. They are voting for that guy from Texas! No it's not Ron Paul they are voting for. Keith Judd, Texas Inmate, Gets 40 Percent Of Votes Against Obama!

Voters say they just want to vote against Obama. However, some at least show concern for voting for an inmate. The democratic party says Judd has no plans to actually run for Present.

Ronnie Brown, a 43-year-old electrician from Cross Lanes who called himself a conservative Democrat. said he was voting for, "That guy out of Texas."
