Just saying....

Obama didn't carry WV in 08, so this really isn't a surprise. A lot of Democrats in WV dont want to vote for Obama. Same story, four years later.

What IS interesting, is it looks like this guy might be awarded delegates (if he gets anyone willing to be a delegate for him).

It's a 'closed primary', BUT it is open to "individuals who are not affiliated with any existing recognized party to participate in the election process".
