What's this glowing thing floating over the ocean?

Pretty strange indeed. I've never seen a video quite like it. I guess rocket or orbiting object could. It doesn't seem so high up as something like that but there have been rocket launches from the areas north of Australia. Could be those Koreans testing again. Hard to say. It looks strange.
When you see it move in relation to the clouds it seems to move fairly quick.

The quality of this video is so crap you can't tell a thing. Could be anything, could possibly be a rocket launch as previously mentioned but what it definitely is, is a whitey smudge of pixels.
