I had the opportunity for the first time to watch some Josh Tolley You Tube videos earlier today on another ATS thread. I was absolutely sickened by what he had to say about the current issues taking place in our electoral process. It’s not that I didn’t already know about the corruption taking place, I just hate being reminded of how bad it is.

Josh Tolley

The Josh Tolley Show is a ground breaking program on radio which broadcasts to a combined market of over 5 million people!

Fiercely independent in his views, logical in his approach to topics, charismatic in personality, and broad in subject matter. It is easy to see why The Josh Tolley Show is one of the fastest growing shows in media...

When I first saw this particular video (below), I was absolutely blown away! RP could actually win this! I’m not the biggest RP fan running around out there. As an independent, I usually love sitting on the side lines watching both the right and left fight & bicker over their indifferences. On the most part, I find it quite comical.

I have grown quite fond of RP. And it’s not only because of his stances on this, that, and everything else, it’s because he is the one candidate who has the ballz to stand up against all those who are trying their hardest to knock him down. The MSM has done nothing but throw RP under the bus at every turn. Their all-out lies and discontent towards RP is only fueling my need to support him even more.

I know there are many who are anti-Ron Paul, and might have a difficult time having to sit thru a pro Ron Paul video. If you don’t want to hear the whole video, just start it off at 2:27, and listen from there. PLEASE give me your thoughts on this. I would love to hear an opinion from both sides of the isle. This thread is all about the content in the video. I would appreciate it if we would put all empathies towards that.

Thanks a bunch....!

Look just as much as I want you to be right with all your enthusasim you can be sure of anything before you know how everything works

You have to understand how the delegates work and how they are elected yes most people here do,

But do you understand how the electoral college is elected in and the process of that,

Do you know how they are bound to vote.

There is a link here on that subject

I think the only reason the DC crime ring was able to pull off what they did this election was we didnt stay under the radar till the last minute. One good thing about what's going on, more people are awake to the shell game DC is pulling on us.

so true!! never looked at it like the way he explains it. He's pretty much just taking votes for the Republican party if he runs as an independent. Only thing is is that if this does happen, then it may split the republican votes and Obama will win...As much as I want him to, I just do not see it. Check this illuminati card out. He is a puppet that will ensure Obama's victory.

Ron Paul will not win the nomination. The only way he could win is for him to pick up every single one of the remaining 770 delegates to be chosen, PLUS somehow get both Santorum's and Gingrich's delegates for himself. Given where he stands now that would put him 22 delegates over the required 1144. Romney needs less than 300 more delegates to win. Paul needs over 1,000.

Paul does very well in caucus states because his people are very well organized. Paul DOES NOT do well in primary states where people actually get to vote. So far he has earned about 11% of the votes. Some of the primaries coming up are big, such as California. All Paul has to do is lose one and he's through.

Outkast Searcher has a thread right here that explains the issue in depth, including the issue of bound and unbound delegates. This post here gives a similar accounting.

Paul's supporters attempt to explain this away with accounting methods that would make Enron's accountants look like choirboys. Technically Romney isn't there yet, so they have this forelorn hope that everything, literally everything will go Paul's way -- from now on. They like to say that everyone who is keeping track, from WSJ to the green papers, is completely wrong and misleading. They count states as "won" that haven't even had their state conventions yet. And they'll lie and cheat to get their way. One happy supporter said, "Romney beat Paul by 13% in the popular vote, but Paul got over 50% of the delegates!" Wow, sure sounds fair to me. I don't know which election he was talking about.

I've seen these folks in action. They aren't civilized. The interrupt conventions by shouting from the floor. Their whole modus operandi is one of disruption and sowing confusion. If they can take over a state convention with sleight of hand, they'll do it in a second. They think if they just shout louder, they'll win. I've seen it in action and it feels like a mob mentality.

The fact is that Paul's popular vote of 11% is doing less well than most third-party candidates. (Yes, I know he's currently running as a GOP) Ross Perot got over 18% of the actual vote in 1992. George Wallace got 14% in 1968. In other words, Paul doesn't have a snowball's chance in getting the nomination. Everyone knows it except for Paul's supporters.

It'll be a few weeks yet, but prepare for a round of "I told you so's" directed at Paul supporters. Of course, by then they'll be saying Paul was "cheated" out of the nomination. That's to be expected of this crowd. delusional til the end.

You seem to forget that those Romney delegates are really Ron Paul supporters and NO he doesnt need to win every state to get all the delegates, he just needs to get the second vote. And to say that Paul supporters are delusional because we say they cheat,,ITS BEEN PROVEN MANY MANY TIMES BY THE MAINSTREAN MEDIA ITSELF..maybe you missed it,,you should copy and paste your same old tired anti paul b.s.Ive read over and over word for word,, or is that what your doing? Do you know how many people said we would never have a black president? It was a bunch of people just like the anti paul morons who dont understand what a corporate elitist is. I can see wanting Obama since all of your friends like Paul and you want to be different,,,your just looking stupid and ignorant in the eyes of intelligent people.

This video and thread have nothing to do with the "hard" count conspiracy. This is a thread about an alternative way for RP to be POTUS. Thank you.

how is it splitting the party...

Romney should step down to protect them...

it will be Romney's choice on this, so he may decide the election not Ron Paul...

No one believes Romney can win the election...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Ron has no chance as a 3rd party candidate because the way the system is set up, a third party CAN'T have the delegates.. Winning the popular vote alone won't matter with the electoral college ..

Romney's last speech I must say wasn't so bad (after he won these last 5 states i think). I think the problem he will have is in debating. My first conspiracy for RP as far as getting the nomination was always how they treated him in the debates.

Romney could beat Obama if that is the "plan". The discussion should never be whether Romney will beat Obama because there part of the same "plan". So the argument between those two is almost comical. Can the RP haters question that at all?? I dont care about deligate counts hard or soft (theres medication for that). The reason why RP is important is the reason this site exists at all. Someone mentioned Gary Johnson in one of these recent threads and considering his record he seems a viable choice as well. That is really important. If everyone talks about is Obama Romney RP Bush than thats what everyone talks about.

Look up Rand Paul. Look up Gary Johnson. Are there other Congressmen that speak the same way and vote the same way and I have no idea who they are?? Lets throw some other names out there so the Power positions in the RP band wagon can be identified. Doug Wead anyone??

Ron Paul is playing it smart this time around he is making sure his people are delegates. You might be saying but Romney won so he has the delegates and you'd be half right. Delegates are selected are selected just after the votes are counted and Ron Paul has educated his people on how the process works and his people are becoming delegates.

The way Ron Paul can win is if and only if Romney doesn't have the required amount of delegates by the convention and can ensure Romney does not win the first round of voting.

Delegates are required to vote for the individual who won at least for the first round of voting. But if and this is a big if, if Romney doesn't win it in the first round, The delegates will be free to vote for who ever they want.

A delegate has to vote for the winner during the first round but after that they can vote for who ever! This is what Ron Paul is counting on, and if successful it will be a major victory for Ron Paul.

Only time will tell if this strategy will work but in theory its brilliant.

I know there are many who are anti-Ron Paul

If you are anti-Ron Paul, you are either clueless, brainwashed, or Anti-America/Anti-Freedom/Anti-Constitution/Anti-FoundingFathers/Pro-Despotism/Pro-Big.Government+Socialism(paid to the bankers)/Pro-Welfare State that we can never get out of.

Seriously someone would have to be near braindead to support Romney or Obama over Paul, but if even 35% of Romney's votes are real, not fraud, that 35% watches only Mainstream Media and are complete zombies.

I hope people will see the light. Start by watching the short-film (cartoon) "The American Dream" about the Federal Reserve, it will explain how it was created by the European central bankers and how it has been scamming us for the last 100 years. JFK was most likely killed for taking the Federal Reserve's power of printing money away, and also because of his severe interest in UFOs and information freedom, and he pissed off the mob. Anyway, sorry for the rant, but seriously, Romney is like a bad mixture of Obama and Bush = Horribad. If he wins the nomination I hope he proves me wrong, won't hold my breath though.

Here's what's going to happen:

Mitt Romney will be the Republican Nominee. There is NO doubt about it. That's just how it is.

When the Presidential election rolls around, we're going to see many young voters who are registered Democrat or Independent go out and vote for Paul while the other half votes for Obama to be re-elected. Romney will get the votes from voters that voted for him in the Primary elections. That's it. That's all he's going to get.

Paul is the only real competition to Obama in this race whether the media admits or not. I like some of Paul's policies but I'm hesitant to vote for him considering his views on gay rights, women's rights, etc...

But we'll see what happens in the end.
