For a site that denies ignorance, it is pushing a right-wing agenda whether it knows it or not.

Just makes me think that maybe the right wing agenda denies ignorance.

Allen West is a fascist Nazi!

I'm sorry I just have to laugh at that. I will have to come up with a way to create a second line of laughing so that my post is somethng more than that. I am sure I can find a creative way to expand this. Whoever gave you that inside information is probably just making up stuff because leftists tend to say that people on the right are fascist. They did it in the Bush Presidency too. He is also a respected military man and he has my respect for sure.
But lefties seem to think all military is equal to fascist police state.

And people say ATS isn't right wing. This is just a laughfest. What West said is idiocy. It's straight up stupid. the commie card hasn't been played since the 50's and if he had done it back then he would have been thrown out of Congress for spouting lies.

Most people who talk about Communism have no damn idea what it is. It's some taboo they know not to even remotely open their mind to because mom and daddy said not to. Deny Ignorance indeed, let's just call this site "Vote GOP".

Oh cmon! He even said that after Van Jones and Anita Dunn were exposed for the actual commies they are and had to resign once that cat was out of the bag, and they were unelected to boot.

Yep, Beez, you are so right. But there is a kind of crazy ambivalence with some leftists at once saying communism is just dead and what's wrong with communism and how great it is and so on. So many are trying to deny that communists are running about the WH since u know who got in office. Others are saying so what isnt socialism great....
Socialism is just the bridge to communism. lenin and Marx both said it. The Fabian socialists in the WH know they have to keep pretending they aren't what they are so as to fool the people.

THIS is what RED is

The Execution of Tsar Nicholas II, 1918
www.eyewitnesstohistory.com/nicholas.htm - Similarto The Execution of Tsar Nicholas II, 1918

Escape from slavery, Death of President Garfield. ... pressures of World War I, combined with years of injustice, toppled the rule of Tsar Nicholas II in March 1917.

About midnight Yurovsky woke up the Tsar's family. I do not know if he told them the reason they had been awakened and where they were to be taken, but I positively affirm that it was Yurovsky who entered the room occupied by the Tsar's family. In about an hour the whole of the family, the doctor, the maid and the waiters got up, washed and dressed themselves.

Just before Yurovsky went to awaken the family, two members of the Extraordinary Commission [of the Ekaterinburg Soviet] arrived at Ipatiev's house. Shortly after one o'clock a.m., the Tsar, the Tsaritsa, their four daughters, the maid, the doctor, the cook and the waiters left their rooms. The Tsar carried the heir in his arms. The Emperor and the heir were dressed in gimnasterkas [soldiers' shirts] and wore caps. The Empress, her daughters and the others followed him. Yurovsky, his assistant and the two above-mentioned members of the Extraordinary Commission accompanied them. I was also present.

During my presence none of the Tsar's family asked any questions. They did not weep or cry. Having descended the stairs to the
The Ipatiev house
first floor, we went out into the court, and from there to the second door (counting from the gate) we entered the ground floor of the house. When the room (which adjoins the store room with a sealed door) was reached, Yurovsky ordered chairs to be brought, and his assistant brought three chairs. One chair was given to the Emperor, one to the Empress, and the third to the heir.

The Empress sat by the wall by the window, near the black pillar of the arch. Behind her stood three of her daughters (I knew their faces very well, because I had seen them every day when they walked in the garden, but I didn't know their names). The heir and the Emperor sat side by side almost in the middle of the room. Doctor Botkin stood behind the heir. The maid, a very tall woman, stood at the left of the door leading to the store room; by her side stood one of the Tsar's daughters (the fourth). Two servants stood against the wall on the left from the entrance of the room.

The maid carried a pillow. The Tsar's daughters also brought small pillows with them. One pillow was put on the Empress's chair; another on the heir's chair. It seemed as if all of them guessed their fate, but not one of them uttered a single sound. At this moment eleven men entered the room: Yurovsky, his assistant, two members of the Extraordinary Commission, and seven Letts [operatives of the infamous Cheka or Secret Police]..

Yurovsky ordered me to leave, saying, 'Go on to the street, see if there is anybody there, and wait to see whether the shots have been heard.' I went out to the court, which was enclosed by a fence, but before I got to the street I heard the firing. I returned to the house immediately (only two or three minutes having elapsed) and upon entering the room where the execution had taken place, I saw that all the members of the Tsar's family were lying on the floor with many wounds in their bodies. The blood was running in streams. The doctor, the maid and two waiters had also been shot. When I entered the heir was still alive and moaned a little. Yurovsky went up and fired two or three more times at him. Then the heir was still."

If one party is supporting Agenda 21 and globalism...then BOTH parties are supporting them.
Both parties are the same and owned by the same masters. Don't let their divide and conquer strategy fool you.

You are correct and your post should be required reading before signing up as an ats member.

Anyhow, socialists do not sell themselves and the nation to corporate interests in the name of privatization, that is FASCISM NOT SOCIALISM. Obama, the dems and reps are all fascists employed by the same bosses.
Communism is a whole different thing entirely. Communism is NOT socialism.

Enough with this socialism/communism boogieman LIE.

Watch what they do not what they say.

CORRUPTED CAPITALISM=FASCISM

Turn off the am radio and think for yourself. Get educated, people.

The progressive movement is the antithesis of our constitutional republic.

My 2 cents

Conservatives conserve the status quo. They actually want to regress to a mythical time of abundance, crafted into their collective minds by the media. This brady bunch fantasy has been made into an unreachable utopia in this modern, corporate-ruled world (which they paradoxically, blindly support). Conservatives reject change, progress and evolution be it scientific, social or political. They are motivated by ignorance and FEAR, therefore are easily manipulated, rallying against their own interests in favor of the control class.

Conservatives are not progressive, they are regressive.

If by constitutional republic you mean taxation without representation, institutionalized usury, massive debt slavery, corrupt drug war, obscene amount of imprisoned citizens, loss of basic privacy and rights, unrestrained police state, perpetual wars of plunder and one nation ruled by the corporate elite, then yeah progressives are the antithesis alright.

If I may interject, technically speaking, red is predominately wavelengths of discernible light that are generally the longest. Red can be any number of similar colors, which speaks to your perception point. Of course, red can also be a metaphor which may denote evil (as in blood red rage), love (as in red roses), embarrassment (as in red in the face), and of course, the symbol (as in the red five pointed star) of communism. Although, personally I think that if green is the color of envy, this might be a more appropriate color for communism given their envy of other people's wealth.

Hi Zanti,
Just a nudge,
Truly look into the over powering difference between Stalin and Lenin.
Through their time together. Here in lies the remarkable difference of the USSR and mother Russia. As well as the dynamics of American politics today.
Let me know if you get surprised.

Democrats and Republicans are two sides of the same coin. It is a dirty currency tarnished by greed and corruption. It will no longer purchase honest representation for the American voter and tax payer. Democrats and Republicans are both to blame for the problems that our country finds itself in. The only way out of the problem is to STOP VOTING FOR THE CRIMINAL LIARS AND THIEVES KNOWN AS DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS. They are playing a game on the American people and one way or another, and I am not partial to one way or another, they must be removed from office. THE END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS.

Just thought I'd er. . . . what is it called again?. . . . . oh yeah, facts!

Oh, my gosh, did you hear that Rep. Allen West claims there are seventy or eighty card-carrying members of the Communist Party serving as Democrats in Congress? The House Un-American Activities Committee must be re-opening for business!

That’s the headline you’ll see all over the left side of the blogosphere. And it’s got to be true, because they’ve got video!

The red scare, what we've all been discussing.

Except all of these video clips are very carefully edited to cut out the next thing West said. Here is the quote in full, with the omitted part presented in boldface:

Huh. . . what?

There's more?

It’s a good question. I believe there’s about 78 to 81 members of the Democrat Party who are members of the Communist Party. It’s called the Congressional Progressive Caucus.

Analysis

He is very clearly not saying he thinks there are eighty secret Commies working as moles in the Democrat Party. He’s insulting the Congressional Progressive Caucus by saying they’re functionally equivalent to the Communist Party. The Caucus has 76 members, so West guessed a bit high when he rattled the number off the top of his head.

Link-a-rooney

So.

Can we all discuss this like the proper ladies and gentlemen that I know we are?
