I described the event above my reply to you on pg. 3 of this thread. I appreciate your skepticism as I have not yet come to terms with what it was that we saw and had the other 2 not seen it I would be much less sure about what I saw. The purpose of our trip was to get a much needed break from our lives, kids, the city, etc. and maybe catch some fish in the process, probably the motivation for a lot of camping excursions. UFO sightings were not on our to-do list. As far as connectedness to the UFO phenomenon, my wife's primary interests are cooking and teaching children gymnastics. Zack is a Marine (Iraq war vet) and HVAC tech whose interest are porn, beer, COD MW3, and making things explode. I have always had an interest in UFOs but assumed any chance of seeing one would be akin to winning the lottery. Unfortunately this lottery was more like a "Pick 3" or a scratch off card because it's really not that sensational of a story. I am assuming you went back and read the post but to sum it up- 3 campers lying on their backs witness an object the size of a "star" moving in a regular zigzag pattern for about 30 seconds and then said object accelerates rapidly away, so rapidly that I thought it just disappeared but my wife insists that she tracked its path.

At minute mark 48 is roughly what I've been seeing.
They go along straight then change direction. Go straight again only to change direction again. I call it zig-zagging.
The naysayers are trying to say (what's on these videos) are bugs.
I personally am not seeing bugs at 40,000 feet.

Whatever.
There's no way of showing anyone what we're seeing (assuming we're all seeing the same things)

Thanks for sharing

But then you're still assuming they're physical and can be witnessed by others. You could be manifesting these things by yourself. And as I've pointed out before (and it's well documented) someone standing next to you is not necessarily (in fact almost always not) going to have the same experience as you. My point being, asking others to go out and look up to confirm your sighting... Well, it's just not going to turn up anything in your favor. Someone half a mile away can go look, but there's absolutely no certainty they will see it, even if in your visible range it appears someone a mile away *could*. True UFO's are more connected to you as an individual. Perhaps you're just more sensitive than most other Floridians

I know exactly what you're saying and have thought of that myself only, I don't say it too loudly or too often

Thanks

Thank you for explaining your sighting

Here's the thing, it seems I haven't been able to go outdoors at night and NOT see them. It almost feels like I am attracting them into existence if that makes any sense.

I wasn't going to say this but what the hell.
When I went outside last night for the second time (looking for them again)....I saw (man, this is going to sound so friggin weird) a chevron shape thing.

It was dark. It came into my peripheral vision a tad late but I was trying to focus and discern what the hell I was seeing mainly because it was black on black (sky). Only I'd say this was real dark grey.

Now the thing that really got me (besides this being the third time seeing my third DIFFERENT type UFO in two weeks is) it seemed to float or glide like a balloon. I can't describe it any better. I guess what I am saying is it flew effortlessly and completely silently.

It was definitely in a V-shape. Now, I am not saying this WASN'T a flock of birds migrating at midnight (although seems unlikely but) that was not the 'feel' I got from this. It 'felt' wrong. Or out of place.

Well. I put it all out there. People can now either love me or hate me even more.
I am extremely sane, normal, sober with a slightly above average IQ so ......decide what you want.

I just feel I have nothing to protect. My reputation on here is what it is. I have more people who resonate with me than don't. I also have nothing to gain by sharing these events. Gawd knows I get enough ridicule from the closed-minded.

But to answer your suggestion, if 3 different types of sightings aren't enough to suggest to me that somehow I am not beckoning these to show up then..nothing else will.

Thanks

What the hell is going on?

They appear at various times throughout the night sky too. I just now saw one. Yesterday's was around midnight.

I refuse to believe they're satellites. First because they're lit up and second, they're all over the place in their trajectory. They are literally darting around.

I saw a red/orange triangle UFO last week gliding right above my house... which had me awestruck but these star-sized objects are mysteriously amazing too.

Is this something new or am I just noticing them more?

I havnt read this thread, & dont care too. But I thought I'd add that I live in Brevard Co, & saw something extremely similar too what you described. It was Monday night, this week. My friends daughter said, hey that star's moving...sure enough it was. It was about twice the size/brightness of Venus that night. At first I thought ISS...then it turned. No blinking at all, so it wasnt a plane.

Still has me stumped.
It's almost like a given that if I go outside and spend 10 minutes looking up, I'll see one of these objects.

Is anyone else from Palm Beach county or anywhere in south Florida witnessing this too?

Im in Brevard, i saw it on monday. thought it was the ISS, but it turned.

Monday night is when I saw this 'star' in the vicinity of Mars. It's was a little over head and to the east.
It went in a southern direction.

I am going to start keeping logs.

Brevard county is not that far away. We're on the same coast anyway.

Let me know if you see this again.

Do you remember what time this was? The one on Monday (for me) was around 2AM. I think. I may be getting them mixed up now.

Thanks for sharing

Not that far after dark, maybe 9:30. My friends daughter actually pointed it out. We were using the Night Sky App, & I was showing her constellations. The thing was super bright, maybe twice the brightness & size of Venus. Thought it was the ISS till it turned.

Well i was just about to say i read/heard about the Gulf Breeze case when you were likely not born yet, but since you stated your age earlier i would be wrong doing so

Uhm...no, not "everyone" believes Ed Walters is a fraud, i myself did not know what to think when i read those books years ago...but given the EVIDENCE now i think we can safely assume that he was, in fact, a fraud.

But of course, there will always be those who will counter with another "conspiracy" how he was duped etc..etc..

But that's not the point. It's simply not smart trying to prove one theory with another story which is AT LEAST as flaky, if not outright proven to be a hoax.

You are the typical example of that sort of UFO enthusiast which STRONGLY leans in one, biased direction, almost incapable to discern between hoax, fake etc...and then demanding "proof" from anyone questioning the legitimacy of the "proof". (Instead of vice versa that the obligation for the proof should really be with those making the claims).

So...let's say i give you 10.000 UFO cases where 9.990 of them can easily proven bogus, hoaxes or whatever, and instead of concentrating on the remaining 10 "good" cases which would deserve that people look at them.... you would rather prefer to take all 10.000 and assume beforehand that EACH of them might be legit. Do you think this would get you anywhere?

You know what? I'd be lucky if you were standing next to me....for me to point it out and you see it.

It's so faint. It's so quick. It's so unpredictable.

I swear, I promise these are out there.

I beg you all..........take out a comfortable lounge chair, park your butts outside for 30 minutes and with your eyes, scan the skies.
And tell me you're not seeing these objects.

I can't believe I'm all alone in this.

The evidence was planted. That is my deep belief.

Who would set out the dupe the world with phony pictures yet leave behind his model (in his attic) after he sold his house?
I mean, really?

What the heck did he have to gain by this? A book?
That hardly made up for the ridicule.

These things are real. Take it or leave it.
I wish everyone could experience it though.
And when you DO...you'll know what it feels like being on 'this side' of the debate.

This is NOT to say all claims are real.

But I was associated with MUFON for a few years. I know what I know. about them.
Now whether it's true, is up for further debate.

But I'm not some schlep you'd see on the line of your local grocery store who doesn't know which end is up.
I have a pretty good head on my shoulders and...have experienced things that would make others question my reality. But it's okay.

This has only furthered my path in a more spiritual way.

It's all good and it's all designed.

You could could get a satellite tracking program for your PC.

Set the date, time & location and you should be able to plot when the next satellite will be visible.

Most of the programs are set up so that people with satellite systems can get the dish aligned and ready to "catch the next pass".

WXsat is one. (from memory). It will plot satellites for the purpose of receiving weather satellite data.

I'll see if I can find a link and I'll edit this post.

Hey man, I respect you passion...

I also live in Florida, and I have seen allot of strange lights, up in the sky, when I was a few years yonnger I would head out to one of my local beaches taking moonlight Motorcycle rides, also a good way to take girls out to the beach at night..

Anyhow on some occasions I would spot some strange light over the gulf... To high up to be ships btw..

I have seen strange bright red stars or lights high up in the eastern sky, actually I have only seen one, it was in the northeastern horizon about between 45-90 degree's up, I remember seeing it because it was a time i had my daughter on my shoulders and we were walking back from feeding the ducks in a pond or something it was just starting to become dusk, the sun had not set yet.

As far as moving objects I see allot most I classify as Satellites thou, I cannot say as of recently I have seen abnormal movement associated with the standard satellite trails.. When I was younger I used to get excited seeing them thinking they were UFO's but after my wife and some research I realized all they were, were satellites..

I will look up and see if I see anything abnormal, but I am pretty sure all I will see moving are satellites...

If you want to see some strange UFO activity head out to central USA, that is where I saw the most bizarre UFO's..

everything I have seen abnormal has in no way made me feel as puzzled and confused as those, here in FLA...

I take that back when I was a child I saw something pretty crazy out the window flying by, I was with my friend as well so I know I was not hallucinating, it scared us more then puzzled us..

Of course when we ran to get the adults to look out the window it was gone..

Get used to being alone in what you believe, or what you have seen, their are not many who admit, or who have seen what you have...

at times you will feel very lonely...

I know I do..

Damn, I was just about to post a similar sighting in a new thread. I'm just about as skeptical of these things as you get (at least on ATS), but I can't explain what I saw. I was out with my kids at about 8:45pm, so it was still dusk (not fully dark) and we were looking at Venus and Jupiter in the west, when I looked straight up and saw what I thought was a bright star, but it was moving - and it was moving at a pretty good clip (going SW to NE). It appeared that it was very high up, which if that's the case, it was *really* moving - there was no jet or helicopter noise. It literally looked like a bright star - mag somewhere between Venus and Jupiter. My first inclination was to say it was a jet, but jets don't light up like that and there were *no* blinking lights. It reminded me a lot of the night vision movies you see of "UFOs". So, did I just see my first UFO?

Nevermind! It was the ISS - but that's equally as cool, as it was my first time seeing that and twas cool that I just happened to look up at that exact moment.
