Just had me a glance up at orion and noticed that i could not see betelgeuse...
Isnt that supposed to go super nova?
Anyways eastern kentucky is my location... No haze no clouds...
Can anyone else see it?

Am i the only one who lost a star?

Incase u want a visual reference to the star in question the link has a pic and a
Arrow pointing to it

Link to Orion

EDIT:
Its now there... It was gone for at least a hour... But i double checked and its there...
Like i said no haze no fog no clouds.. It was not there... And now i look foolish as hell... Thanks orion!

I can't see it where I am, but I'd put a hefty wager down on it still being there.

"Beetlejuice"

Betelgeuse is a star in the red giant phase.

Whatever you do don't say his name three times...

Betelgeuse
