What makes you applicable?

I noticed a list of members who have visited the ATS today. Than it say's (if applicable) What makes you applicable? I'm not on the list.

The way it looks to me, it says 50 members who joined today if applicable, meaning if there was even 50 that visited. The reason you're not on there is because it only holds 50 names and is listed in reverse alphabetical order and there are more than 50 people that visited that are from N-Z. Does that make any sense?
