I got this recipe from an online newsletter I subscribe to. They are just too fab not to share.
These cookies are no bake, and contain all my favorite ingredients. Sweet and Salty, can't get better.

PMS Cookies

Ingredients
1 bx ritz crackers
1 jar(s) peanut butter
1 jar(s) marshmallow cream
1 bx chocolate bark

Directions
1
Spread peanut butter, then marshmallow cream onto Ritz crackers.
2
Sandwich together.
3
Melt chocolate bark (I like Ghirardelli the best) in microwave or double boiler
4
Dip sandwiched cookies into chocolate, covering both sides.
5
Place cookies on waxed paper and allow to harden. (I find that if you put the paper or silpat on a cookie sheet and place it in the freezer for 5 minutes, the cookies harden up faster!)
6
Store in airtight container - Enjoy!!

My mother makes these at Christmas time.

She uses almond bark rather than chocolate. Very good.

You are almost there mblah...you have the peanut butter

I'm a peanut butter addict. Love salty Ritz crackers...Marshmallow cream...eating my way out of a jar of it is, I admit, a fantasy of mine. Chocolate...no need to say anything.....

Men should learn to make these for us.... I can hear it now...*Here Dear, your PMS Cookies*

That sounds good too...will give it a try when I buy some almond bark...

What I did when I made a batch was, put the assembled cookies on a plate in the freezer while I melted the chocolate.

It made for a thicker coating, and I double dipped.....did I mention I love chocolate...also sprinkled some chopped peanuts on half of them...decadent...purely naughty cookies...

why do they call them PMS cookies O_O ?

is it because its very soothing and chocolaty and helps women feel better when they are experiencing those monthly troubles?

Because they are both sweet and salty...both are cravings during PMS.

Aw....ya got me.
Reading the topic I did believe it was the PMS thing.

Then while reading the recipe I thought it had something to do with P - peanut butter M- marshmallow

I was actually tempted to ask what the S was for.
OK, guess I can laugh at myself now.

Hmm, this is a women only affair? I feel I am being prejudiced against. It's okay though, I hate marshmallows with a fluffy passion.
They do look good though I won't ask you to share.

Honey Bunch...if you learned to make these *no bake* PMS cookies....you would be soooooooo popular....

You don't need to eat them yourself...more for us....marshmallow cream is a unique heavenly taste....much better than marshmallows in a bag.

Purely comfort food. They look delicious!
I went through a phase of graham crackers, topped with marshmallow creme, and nutella. Mmmmmm good.

For anyone with actual nasty PMS symptoms (cramps, pains, headaches), I recommend anything with a large amount of ginger.
