It goes very in depth on antigravity technology developed as early as 1890 by Nikola Tesla, how T. Townsend Brown performed high voltage experiments in the 40s and 50s that produced identical results to what is reported at Area 51 with X Craft, German experiments in WWII, and where many of Germanys elite ended up after being grabbed in Project Paperclip.

Also includes a lot of information about German expeditions to Antarctica in the 1930s, prior to WWII, as well as some behind the scenes info on Admiral Byrd and what really happened during Operation HighJump.

It is a very good read, highly recommended.
