I have never seen that! What was that?

I was in a thread reading about self defense and gun rights, I clicked on page 3 at the bottom, and a red government page popped up and blocked me. It was red and white, and said "Prohibited Web Site".

Was that a joke? Or is an agency preparing something?

Now everything appears ok. Anyone see this?
