I knew about this, but the fact that they smack the punchline straight in the face. How do you expect society to react?

I think its mainly the company name rather than the printed design.

ETA I can think of a couple of good things to put on a shirt in context:
"I wanted to join the Illuminati but all I got was this stupid t shirt"
and
"All your shirts are belong to us"

Um, Bio-Hazard is a hard core metal band. And don't give me any clap-trap about heavy metal being an illuminati/NWO thing - I've been around metalheads most of my life and most have no clue. As for the rest, they are actually on to the truth and are Alex Jones fans! (i.e., Dave Mustaine from Megadeth).

I think that we have more alarming issues from the illuminati/NWO to deal with other than T-Shirts.

Another note:

While I don't believe in the Illuminati is a secret society that still exists (I'm sure those who goto bilderberg and bohemian grove and free mason may jokingly say they are illuminati just because there are all the conspiracies about them), I like to see stuff like this because it shows the IDEA of the illuminati has become mainstream.

Spreading the idea of the illuminati makes people first question everything, which is good. Eventually people realize that no one group is really in control unless we all believe they are, which is good. Then comes self empowerment, which is good.

I credit Tupac with his "killuminti" talk for making the illuminati conspiracy mainstream.

It is the first step on the path of truth and awakening for many...

Do you have reading comprehension problems, or are you just seeing what you want to see?

The shirt company is NOT 177 Illuminati.

Read it again. It is 177 Humanity.

Or are you saying that shirts with guitars, skulls, or drums on them are Illuminati symbols?

Run away! That guy has a guitar on his 177 Humanity t-shirt!!! Evil! Evil!

Until a few years ago I must admit I'd never really heard the name before but regardless of whether they really do exist, I think it could just as equally be interchangeable with say Freemasons, Nazis, Knights Templar or The Mafia. Bad analogy perhaps and not to draw any comparisons between them but exclusive they all were. Not just anyone can join and pay his membership fee.

But you do make a good point about info being out there. Lets just hope they don't succeed in locking down the internet soon with that new bill or whatever they are called in the US. When Usenet no longer works for binaries, I will know it is all over....

If you look at the label tag in the neck, it is "constructed" (the logo) in such a way that it does, indeed, look like Illuminati, or possibly Illumanity which is visually at least (think cool factor for da kidz!) very similar and surely a play on words/letters if nothing else? It is subtly pointing a finger imho
I wouldn't run away screaming but I wouldn't buy it either. I don't have the Mark...

at both of you...

177 is geek speak for ill.. They morph it together on the shirts to make it look like illumanity. You can also sepererate it and make it - ill humanity.

It is an obvious play on words and in my opinion damn clever. I don't think it was designed by the illuminati, more likely created by art student who smokes weed (like many t shirt brands) and also happens to read conspiracies.

Oh, it is obviously a reference to the illuminati, just look at this shirt by them - www.bonanza.com...

Mmmk, I'm done here, y'all crack me up.

Big deal.

It does not say anything about the illuminati now does it?

Tell us why it's obviously illuminati when the shirt shows the Statue of Liberty with a surgeon's mask on....
this should be good. I have my tin foil hat ready for your response.

I honestly can't tell if you are being serious, I am not saying this is any sort of conspiracy or mind control, these shirts are just obviously made by a conspiracy theorist, probably a young person.

HEY COOL MAYBE I SHOULD BUY ONE!

CNN says it's cool!

"This is a very visual and shopper-friendly online marketplace."

This is exactly where CNN isn't necessary, on a online clothing store.....
