While flying on maneuvers, my squadron noticed a traffic jam on I-10 below us. We were surprised to find out that not only did it make the news, but also involved the humanitarian efforts of strangers coming to the aid of this person trapped within their vehicle. This compassion underscores my confidence that there is yet hope for mankind.
