This talk of bioweapons is a moot point. No one is going to use them. Certainly not in this case. Turks are all through the region and Europe. A million alone in Syria.

You were talking about bioweapons, not chemical weapons. Turkey is a big country. I can see bioweapons working, not chemical ones. Country is too big. Attack Turkey and they are demolished in days. It's suicide. And the Syrian gov't better know it.

Syria has a huge arsenal of chemical weapons.1 or 2 Soman(substance 55) warheads would be sufficient to decimate an entire city. Speed is fast and key in this . Chemical and bioweapons are essentially Syrian samson option.

One of indications that the regions is brewing is fact that Greece, country most heavily hit by recession bought recently 300 Abrams tanks from uncle Sam, and some frigates from germans through french. One of greece's bordering countries is Turkey. Are they securing in case things go wrong in their direction?

all this talk of bio weapons yes disease can kill and sure maby these things u talk about could kill people but what about the nuclear subs of nato and other nations that might see this as a line crossed are you saying it will infect all ssbn's while under water? either way there will be a counter attack so unless a country wants to get nuked they wont use bio weapons,hell israli policy is to lobb nukes in every direction if they think there going down and im sure if faced with the erasure of the algo saxon race attitudes might change to the point of hey lets just end the world and kill all life because hey these people tried to kill us that is the kinda ideas that your mentality spreads "fine you want to kill us all we will destroy the world"

Yeah, in a close environment. But it doesn't work like that in the real world with wind, etc...

Those weapons are REALLY BAD but not that bad as portrayed in the movies.

'Syria turns missiles towards Turkey'

Turkish sources say that Syria has turned its Russian-made SCUD missiles towards Turkey, Press TV reports.

The sources said that the missiles have been deployed in Syria's Kamisili and Ayn Diwar regions, Press TV's Ankara correspondent reported on Saturday.

The two regions are close to the borders of Turkey and Iraq.

Syria threatening Turkey is like Iran threatening Israel or the US... they are only doing this because they are scared little rabbits.

Hello, every one knows that China is building its military. i would say, from experience, that the British have the best Navy. very advanced. However, US navy is also advanced and battle tested. china's aircraft carrier is an old Russian made carrier. it still needs to be respected. china has population of 1.5 billion they could win just because they would be able to replenish their forces faster. as far as better tacticians at war, i would choose US hands down.
