TextNeuroscientists at the Mayo Clinic campus in Jacksonville, Fla., have demonstrated how brain waves can be used to type alphanumerical characters on a computer screen. By merely focusing on the "q" in a matrix of letters, for example, that "q" appears on the monitor.
Brain implants, often referred to as neural implants, are technological devices that connect directly to a biological subject's brain - usually placed on the surface of the brain, or attached to the brain's cortex.

But in order to focus on something you would need eyes, no?
I have neural implants,I am connected to a computer I can control the brains to connect with computers "Matrix"-style.

Alright then, just for the hell of it, I'm going to ask you a few questions Almighty Brain-Stuck-in-a-jar.
If your post wasn't a metaphor, then how are you left with just a brain?
Second of all, how are you posting if you're a brain in a jar. Last time I checked, most of us aren't able to influence the world through our thoughts yet, so we kind of need hands to type things.
And why would you post on ATS of all places, shouldn't you be contacting scientists to complain about your horrible plight?
I did not intend for this post to be offensive in anyway.
The Shadow of a Scandal’. It recounted that, although a pauper named Frank Hyde aged fifty had died in Yarmouth workhouse on 11 April 1901, his body was missing from the local cemetery. The case caused a public outcry because the workhouse death register stated that Hyde had been “buried by friends” in the parish five days after he had died. An editorial alleged that “the body was sent to Cambridge for dissection” instead and that the workhouse Master's clerk profited 15 shillings from the cadaver's sale. Following continued bad publicity, the visiting committee of Yarmouth Union investigated the allegations. They discovered that between 1880 and 1901 “26 bodies” had been sold for dissection and dismemberment under the terms of the Anatomy Act to the Cambridge anatomical teaching school situated at Downing College.

Advances in technology and in our understanding of illness and disease together with an expanded workforce and greater resources will allow us to provide more services to a higher quality.

I think we should have resident psychiatrists for threads like this.
Its all very well moderating, but when threads like this appear....i question the sanity of the OP. For all we know this dude/dudette ison a slipery slope downhill...mentally speaking. If the OP truely believes this then i can offer nothing but advice....go see a psychiatrist.
