Ok , so im not italian.But i am an honorary italian, as I love my raviolis.I am going to smother them in sauce, add hot pepper seeds, and drench them in romano cheese.I would really appreciate tips to make these authentic italian raviolis,as I have to guees how to cook them authentically.

There are many raviolis out there in the freezer/ fridge section that are pretty good.
Or you can take the hard route and make your own.
I find it easier just to buy them and use my sauce.
So, try the many versions at your store and see which style you like best.
Try them both plain and with the sauce you plan on using, as the sauce may suppress a undesireable flavor or enhance something you do like.
Balls in your court, get to work.
And if you plan on getting serious do some situps too!!

Pastas can be bad for us, but they are sooooooo good.
