Here is a beautiful prayer, I personally copied long ago, about offering our suffering to Jesus.

My dearest Jesus, I beg you..

May the covenant of Your suffering with our suffering, bring for man,
repentance, begging forgiveness for offending the Lord God, and the
penance of the people of this era.
