No...because..

You believe you can heal physical injuries....they would give you someone with an injury and ask you to heal them. Then they would use the scientific method to see if the person is infact cured. When they look and see nothing has been healed they will call you out on national tv. (like they did with all the others)

The chances of this are something like 1/10000000000000000.
